pregnant or not?

Hi all,

So last month I had a positive pregnancy test (several in fact), they were progressively getting darker and I began to accept I was pregnant. Then the night I got a dark positive, I woke up the next day bleeding. When I say bleeding during this thread I mean period like with cramps. I assumed this meant I had miscarried.

However this month, my period was late again, I took a clear blue test and there was clearly a blue line. Believing I could possibly be pregnant again, I waited it out but before I could take another, I startrd cramping and bleeding again.

I'm slightly worried as I seem to have had so many positives over these past few months, yet I've bled twice. I'm not sure whether I'm conceiving and then miscarrying, which is slightly worrying two months in a row. I'm so concerned that something weird is going on with my body.

I've took two tests today and they were both faint positives (diluted day urine). Has anyone had this experience before?

I stopped bleeding and then today I felt almost like a plug was pulled inside me and had to rush to the bathroom at work.
I put in a tampon and an hour later I checked and there was a hard, fleshy clot on there. Confused as to whether this is another miscarriage or is what is left from last months?
Very confusing as I still have nausea and sore breasts.

I'm new to this so my apologies if I'm doing this incorrectly.

So, I am on the nexeplanon implant, in which I have been on for just over 2 years now. I have not had a period in over 1 year, well up until 2 weeks ago. It wasn't heavy and it only lasted around 4 days, but not too long before this I have been feeling quite tired, more than usual, I get light headed a lot and fairly nauseous a lot of the time, and I've been gaining weight weight unbelievably, which is odd because I don't eat a lot. Also, my breasts have started to get bigger, which I have noticed, and a few weeks ago my nipples were extremely tender and kept stinging.

I am a skinny build usually, and I'm also 5"2, but as I've gained a little weight, I have a little belly, which I'm unsure if it is anything or just bloated? It hurts to try and suck it in, and I've just been to the toilet to very little, light pink spotting?
I have done a test a few months ago, but it was negative, but my friends keep saying I look pregnant!

I'm unsure of what it could be or what to do, I'm 20 but a lot of places say it is impossible to get pregnant on the implant? I'm going a little crazy not knowing what to do.

I'll be very grateful if I can get some opinions? Thanks
