10 weeks and no symptoms

Hi everyone.
So I'm 10 weeks today and no symptoms. Have a scan on weds but still can't help worry.
Just looking to hear from others and what there outcomes have been like.
I know everyone's pregnancy is different and not to worry before anyone says this (no offence intended)

Not necessarily Brenna I hear a lot of people say there symptoms come and go x
