Quite simply that. I've been trying to sleep for several hours now but each time I lay down my tummy goes rock hard and I can't get comfortable. I am so tired. I tried to have a bath but the running water woke my toddler.

Any tips? Sad

Sorry no tips just sympathy. I'm currently on my hands and knees trying to gently wiggle back and forth to alleviate the BH's.

Oh I've been getting this for a few weeks now. I find supporting my back in a more upright position and not tending to get up or down helps. Roll into and out of bed if that makes sense.

Thanks guys. I ended up having some super painful ones last night but they've subsided. Definitely propping myself up helps and then by the point I'm so tired I just fall asleep. Hopefully the next few weeks won't drag!
