Please help I think I may be pregnant but I don't know I have a strange metallic taste in my mouth and my nipples and round my nipples is tender this is the first time I've been pregnant and I don't know if it's all in my head I haven't been with my boyfriend very long and I feel so stupid for getting pregnant so soon now isn't a great time for me to have a baby and I don't want to do a test because am too scared about the answer. Please be gentle with me.

Kavanaghkj I will do the sooner I can find out and put my mind to rest the better. Think I might do because he's just made me feel like this is my fault but before yesterday he was trying to make a joke out of the whole thing and like my sister pointed out this isn't a joking matter not for me anyway.

TimidLividyetagain it's been nearly 3 weeks since we had unprotected sex and I wasn't sure if maybe it was too early to test my sister told me to get first response test. He might surprise me and come round to the idea IF I am pregnant I don't know though.

Well if its nearly three weeks the test would pick it up. If money a problem they are in sale in pound shops and Wilkinson . I was in similar worry this month and got negative result. But it's not the end of the world and sometimes men act like an ass at first then come around to the Idea.

TimidLividyetagain thank you I got some tests just wondering if I could pee in to a tub and just pour a bit on to the test because I have enough trouble peeing in to those pots you get off the GP I don't have a cat in hells chance of being able to pee on to a stick lol. Yeah that's true if it's positive he may come round to the idea he would have 9 months to get to use to the idea.

They usually say on the tests that you can either wee on the stick or pee in a tub then put the nib of be test in the tub for however long (usually 5 or 10 secs).

Did the test it was negative so am ok that's a lesson learnt for me. Thank you everyone for you help.

Relieved for you OP. You've really dodged a bullet. I'd personally be looking very seriously at ditching the boyfriend in the back of his response to all this though.

Do another one first thing tomorrow morning (not sure how pregnant you might be) so keep your pot for your first wee of the day.
Then dump the condom dodging boy

Thank you Explodedcloud I will do another test tomorrow and I will keep the pot. What I've read about these tests is that you have to wait 21 days you can't drink too much before the test and it has to be a first morning wee. I did 3 tests that where all negative but they where just Sainsbury's and clear blue and I don't how good or actuate they are my sister said first response are suppose to be good.

They're all much the same tbh.

I'd wait and see if your period comes, if it doesn't then test again if it does then there's no need and you know you're not PG

Thank you MyNameIsNotYourName I will wait a bit longer and test again because knowing me in my haste to do a test I've probably got something wrong I know what I used to pee in tipped over so knowing my luck I got toilet water in my tub.
