I'm due a baby early August and I was wondering if any one could help me with a list of baby medicine to buy?

I'm looking to make a first-aid type kit to keep under the sink and stock it with everything needed for the 1st year, if possible.

I've looked everywhere for a list like this but struggling. Any recommendations would be very much appreciated!

Thank you :)

Calpol and iboprufen (can't be used till 3 months)
Teething gel
Sudocrem (or the likes)
Thermometer

That's all I can think of!

Remember and check dates on bottles if buying well in advance! I say this as I'm the kinda person who wouldn't look lol

Saline nasal spray.

Calpol, baby olbas oil, snot Hoover. Metanium for nappy rash.

Second the snot Hoover - invaluable!
Aveeno has been brilliant for my son's slightly dry skin

Thank you! I got the snot sucker, sounds disgustingly wonderful.

And thanks for the rest of the recommendations. Going to get all the Boots points!

I agree that aveeno is good for dry skin. I also like child's farm products, but they're not medicine.

Calpol plug in thing for when they have a cold, releases menthol & helps them breathe easier. Yellow metanium for when they have nappy rash. I used anbesol for teething. Digital thermometer for checking temperatures.
