How to use progesterone pessaries?

(TMI): I've just started on pessaries and my consultant said they'd leak out a bit. Had my first two yesterday and no leaking so far. To be fair, I was mostly sat on the sofa yesterday. Am I meant to be checking inside for any residue and scooping it out before I place a new pessary, or if it's not leaking out, does that mean it's dissolved?
I am quite early and still PRegnancy of Unknown location so posting here quite nervously!

No scooping required! You'll probably find if you're up and about it will leak a bit, if that's the case and it's bothering you it can go up the back way.

Thank you! Was worried perhaps my front door was gobbling them up too quickly as no drippage.
