PPROM - Arabin pessary / cervical length

Hi everyone, has anyone ever used the Arabin pessary? Due to a previous pregnancy PPROM I've been having the cervical length measured and due to shortening I've had the Arabin pessary inserted yesterday by my doctors and I've not heard much about it was just wondering if anyone has had it before? I've been given a little sheet to read about it from the hospital just curious in people success story's? Thank you!

Hi L19YSH. May I ask where did you have it? My drs are scheduling me for cerclage and I’m really anxious about it. I’m looking into having this arabin pessary but Idk where it is available
