feeling faint, spots in vision

15 weeks pregnant, vision has spots in it, feel waves of fainting as if ill pass out, but it comes and goes.
In bed - will i phone for advice, donut want to waste time x

One of the things my midwife said to look out for was spots or flashing lights in your eyes, so yes I would call.

Likely low blood pressure and while unpleasant nothing to worry about.
Eat and drink regularly, stand up slowly particularly from lying.

Likely low blood pressure- I was the same. Keep yourself very hydrated and take it easy. Midwife told me that if someone in hospital has low blood pressure the first thing they do is hang a bag of fluid. So get yourself a big bottle of water and keep topping up. Oh, and chocolate helps too
