Gutted ... started red bleeding

I am absolutely gutted. I am 4 weeks and just gone to the bathroom and on wiping had red blood, then a few drops in the toilet and then on a second wipe.

It looks like I am miscarrying and just feel completely overwhelmed at the moment.

It seems to have stopped for now but no doubt will come back again very soon.

Not sure why I am posting, I guess just needed to put it in black and white.

I bled red blood a lot during my pregnancies and all turned out fine.
The loo and toilet paper were my enemy.

I had this with my first pregnant. I was convinced had miscarried but everything was fine and i had a healthy baby girl. Fingers crossed for you OP.

Don't go by the +tests because even after you loose a pregnancy you can still get + so you'd be wasting tests. I had + tests 8 weeks after I MC at 10 weeks. Hoping all is going well now. I always test early too and then hold my breath until AF date passes. If it is mc then at least it is very early so your cycles should be affected too much for the next cycle.

After a complete rollercoaster emotional week, I feel exhausted by it all.

I was convinced I had miscarried on Thursday night when I had red bleeding, then all the poking and prodding at the EPU yesterday, today I caved and bought another test. I was dubious about the line tests as they just say if you have HCG present, the CB Digi tests actually test the level of the hormone.

Yesterday I was showing 1-2 weeks so I bought a CB Digi and although I am not feeling positive or relaxed, this has given me a little hope that my HCG has increased.

It won't let me post the photo but is now showing 2-3 weeks!!!

Just waiting for a follow up scan... but tests all going the right way!

Oh good👍 you really can't completely rely on pregnancy tests. As I said previously I was still getting positives long after I had lost my baby because the hormones linger in your system, but if your having positive numerical blood tests then that's very encouraging.

I also had a scan a week after the bleed.
