Baby laid on nerve

I'm 29 + 5 and have horrendous pain when I move/walk in my left side. I can only assume that the baby is laying on my nerve or it's a bit of sciatica but I've now noticed that my little finger and ring finger have developed twitch/spasm. Could this be related to the baby laying on my nerve?

If you've got a twitch I'd call your midwife to check.

Have you tried sitting in different positions to see if that relieves it?
