I'd prefer a boy but I wouldn't mind a girl my 2 year old boy is just as excited as I am

Lexie- actually the sex can be predicted quite accurately by a side profile scan picture at 12-13 weeks if the nub is clearly imaged.

OP - what looks to be the nub in this picture actually looks too low to be the nub. So I'm not giving a guess based on that. But I'm going to say a girl.
