Bleeding while pregnant

Hi there I am just under 8 weeks pregnant according to my last period. I have had a lot of abdomen pain and been bleeding since this morning. Anyone else has this and is it anything to worry about? Due to announce our pregnancy Xmas day and now scared to incase I'm losing it

Hi there don't know if any of you have had a miscarriage before but how long should you bleed after it? My mother inlaw told my partner today that I shouldn't still be bleeding. She's had 3 in the past. I started last Sunday and it is now Friday. The women at early pregnancy clinic never got back to me about my blood tests they took to check my pregnancy hormone levels. I called them back a few times and never got an answer or a phone back.

I'm so sorry OP. I miscarried at 8 weeks and bled for about 2 weeks. The first few days were the worst then it just got lighter and lighter.

I'm really sorry this has happened to you. :(. I miscarried also at 6 weeks i bled for a week. It was light then heavy then light. Once the bleeding stopped all my pregnancy symptoms (breast tenderness, tiredness ect) stopped also

Thanks ladies much appreciated. I'm hoping I'm near the end of it now as its get browner but I've thought that last two days. Just a permanant reminder when u go to the bathroom and see this every time! My tender breasts stopped the day I was in the pain. that was another reason I just knew my baby was gone xx

I've had 3 - 8, 12 and 11

The heavy heavy loss eases after the main m/c but I bled for up to 2 weeks afterwards so I wouldn't worry too much as long as the bleeding isn't getting worse.

I had a miscarriage the week of Christmas. I read other woman's stories about how they had got pregnant before they even had another period. Anyone else had this happen to them or anyone they know? I read that it could take like 7 weeks before your first period which really drags out the process of tryin again and doing tests.

I didn't get pregnant straight after my miscarriage, but my first period was 3 weeks after my d&c and heavy.
I got pregnant the second cycle after so 7 weeks after the mc. That period was more normal.

I felt the same as you in just wanting my body to get back in sync so we could try again. Good luck

Thank you. Sorry for your loss too. 3 weeks was pretty good for your next period. I had read like 7 weeks and stuff and that was if you had a normal cycle. I'm 5 and 6 weeks normally so was worried I'd be waiting a long time for another period. I wouldn't know if I was pregnant or just waiting on a period
