I really am in need of some help!
I am six weeks pregnant tomorrow and the past two weeks have been horrific. My metabolism is working so fast that I'm absorbing a whole meal in about an hour and a half. I am constantly waking up throughout the night, having to eat because my stomach is so empty I feel sick.
Is there anything you ladies can suggest? I'm almost at my wits end and I'm so anxious throughout the night because I hate the feeling of an empty stomach. I even tried eating dinner just before bed and it didn't help!
