What happens at 28 week check up?

That and my 25 week check up next week, next weeks is at my GP's with my usual midwife, imagine its the usual check blood pressure and things?

But my appointment after that is at the hospital, i'll be 28 weeks then. What will be involved, why is it at the hospital?

First time mum here so no idea what to expect! Thank you :)

28 week bloods (FBC, antibodies)
Anti -D if you are rhesus negative
GTT if you need ne, but you would know about that in advance as it takes a couple of hours
Urine dip
BP check
