8 weeks pregnant bleeding after sex

Had sex this morning with partner and later on a small amount of red blood when I wiped after a wee. I haven't even had a booking appointment yet? 3rd baby and no previous miscarriages, just worried. Tummy feels a little sore too. We didn't go especially rough or anything. 😞

Hey Chloe, have you continued bleeding and has your tummy pains gotten worse? I wouldn't worry too much if it has stopped as sometimes the light mild bleed can be from the vaginal wall during sex. Your tummy could be sore from growing pains to your uterus too. If any pain or bleeding continues contact your midwife. Hope this gives you some peace of mind x

The pain and bleeding has stopped, the bleeding only happened once and the soreness lasted pretty much all day but it has gone off now
