Period cramps that only last a second

I'm 36 weeks and woke up to pee as usual! Came back to bed and had a few braxton hicks which is unusual at this house for me but now they have stopped I'm left with a period like cramp that comes and goes but only lasts a second. Any ideas anyone?

37 weeks here and I'm getting that a lot.

It's nothing for me.

I fell back asleep and now I'm up they are still there and when I went to the toilet the toilet paper looked a slight pinkish colour!! I have a hospital app in a couple of hours so I will mention this to them
