Can you post a picture of the test here to see? Chances are if you think it's positive, it is.

alexnorthernireland1 · 30/11/2016 18:58

How do I post pics on here? The doc tried to tell me it wasn't positive , I'm waiting on husband to get me another one! I have been sick and bloated all week and feel strange. X

What are you using mumsnet on?

All tests are different. Some are more sensitive than others. It could be a case that the test you took was more sensitive than the doctor's one. Before this bleed when was your last period? Do you have an idea as to how many weeks pregnant you could be if you were?

alexnorthernireland1 · 30/11/2016 19:13

It was a month ago xx

With those symptoms you could have you period and a bug or be pg with eptoic.

Can you retest? Are you due af?

EggnoggAndMulledWine · 30/11/2016 19:16

How heavily are you bleeding and when did you take the text compared to when you started bleeding?

alexnorthernireland1 · 30/11/2016 19:18

I took the test yesterday and I had been bleeding a few days, I'm late by 6 days I think, I am bloated and feeling how I felt during first pregnant X

Did you take a test at the doctor's? Or have a blood test? Retest with your husband's test when he gets in.

alexnorthernireland1 · 30/11/2016 19:21

I took a test at doctors , I will when he gets in... It's exciting and scary X

Hi alex I'm a little confused about your OP and tests. Do you mean you took two tests and the one at home was positive and the one at the doctors negative? Or do you mean you took just the one test at the doctors and they said it was negative but you thought it was positive?

alexnorthernireland1 · 01/12/2016 13:50

I took 2 tests but now has taken 6 and it's positive:) xx

Congratulations! You can join us on the August 2017 antenatal club if you want. 😊

alexnorthernireland1 · 01/12/2016 18:14

Alex no pressure but in antenatal clubs on mumsnet we have threads for each due date month, where women in the same stage of pregnancy and parenting can discuss what they're going through. My antenatal club from 3 years ago is still going strong (on Facebook now) and many of us have met and consider each other friends. Of course if you don't want to identify yourself you don't have to.
