Does anyone know if these are safe to take during pregnancy?

It's a few weeks until I see the midwife and but wanted to start taking vegetarian omega 3 sooner - any advice appreciated - I am 7 weeks today

You could call your midwife and ask? I found the oils made my morning sickness so much worse, the pharmacist advised me that only folic acid and vitamin d was really needed.

Maybe stick with those two until you get an answer?
