Full of cold :( help

Hi,
I've just turned 12 weeks pregnant and I'm full of cold with a horrendous sore throat. Is there anything other than paracetamol that could help??

Steam is really helpful. I put a couple of drops of olbus oil in too.

Paracetamol, steam, saline nasal spray for mucousy nose and hot honey and lemon drinks for the throat.

Thank your for your replies, I've had constant paracetamol today - just feel like I shouldn't be taking it quite so much even though I know it's safe. I'll certainly steam.
