What do people think, boy or girl?

I had my 12 week scan on Monday, and I'm really curious to know what people think? Thanks

If what think is the nub...is the nub...then it's lying more parallel with the spine so my guess is a girl!

No nub visible on the photo. You can see the where the umbilical cord is attached to baby though.

I've had 3 boys and all their scans, their faces looked like this, quite flat.

But that's not going to tell you whether you're carrying a boy or a girl.

I know what it's like to be excited to find out! But at least you know it will be one or the other

I have always used the wedding ring or a pin on a length of cotton thread it on the cotton and hold the cotton over your tummy with the ring dangling down. If it swings up and down its a boy round in a circle its a girl. I know this sounds pathetic but it really does work. It has never been wrong I used it on my 2 pregnancys and my sister did on her 4. I have never known it to be wrong x

Nub theory has good reliability at 12 weeks plus but the problem is most dating scan photos don't really show it well enough and people are just guessing really The skull shape theory has no good evidence as far as I know.
From the second pic I would say probably girl! Please remember your 20 week scan is check for much more important things first and foremost though and congratulations!
