Hi everyone, I was please hoping for some advice or if any of you have been in a similar situation.
Dd is 4 1/2 months old, and I think I could be pregnant again. I breastfed her exclusively for 4 weeks, then after that mix fed (mainly expressing and formula, bf didn't work out) until she was 3 months. I then phased out expressing over the next week, although by this point I was barely expressing. I hadn't had a period, but thought it was just because of expressing, but now it's been 5 weeks since I last expressed, but even at that point it was only a little expressing each day.
But I've still not had a period and getting a little concerned. I feel sick especially in the morning, and have a few other signs like tiredness but that could just be because I have a small baby. Dh and I use condoms, but I think there was one time I had to remind him a little while into it if that makes sense.
Is it worth giving it a bit longer for my period to come back, or should I take a test do you think? I obviously have no idea how far along I would even be, as I've had no period yet. Thank you
