Hypnobirthing and music

I did a hypnobirthing course and she recommended bringing music. Does anyone else plan to do the same or have done the same?

Hi yes. I had a search on amazon for something specific but didn't really inspire me. I'm thinking instead that music that actually reminds me of times I've been happy and relaxed might be better. I've been trawling through my music collection trying to put together a playlist that makes me feel calm and focused. Have ended up with mainly Massive Attack type stuff. Might hate it when the time comes though!
