Fairly certain I'm having a miscarriage, am I safe to use paracetamol?

Started bleeding Friday teatime and am still bleeding today. Have also started cramping. On the 1% basis that this is not a miscarriage, am I safe to use paracetamol? I'm just 6 weeks 'pregnant'.

Thanks Aero. Just to update, had my scan today and, as I knew really, everything has gone. Everyone at the hospital was lovely but I do feel a bit weepy today. However, I can now get drunk watching the match. Thanks all for your lovely messages.
