Pink spotting 10 weeks pregnant

Hello!
I'm 10 weeks pregnant and had a Scan yesterday and all looked ok (saw heartbeat and wriggling). I'm worried as I've had a bit of pink spotting this afternoon but no pain. Is this normal and what could it be caused by?! Thanks from a anxious first mum to be xx

I'm literally in the same boat. I had a scan 2 days ago, bubba was fine, wriggling around, strong heartbeat, measuring perfectly. This evening I went to the toilet and I had a fair bit of bright red blood, and on subsequent wipes, it's now brown. I'm terrified. The only thing that's getting me through is the fact the baby was fine in the scan 2 days ago. I hope all turns out well for you. I'm waiting for a call back from 111.

I bled lots during my second pregnancy, apparently there was an erosion on my cervix that kept bleeding as hormone levels changed.
I just wanted to let you know that bleeding in pregnancy can be ok.

I've been reading all sorts online- placenta attaching, hormones causing a menstrual type bleed.... I trying not to worry. I called the midwife and they are booking me a early scan for next week. Positive thoughts to us both 💕 The midwife said if I get any pain go to the hospital but I've been ok so far as I've just had a tiny bit of pinky spotting. Xxxx

Not had anymore spotting since yesterday and no pain so I'm hoping it was a blood vessel or something... I'm going for a early pregnancy scan on Monday morning so fingers crossed all will be ok 💕

I had this on two of my pregnancies. I've always believed they are implantation bleeds. It is worrying but no pain isxa good sign so rest up until the next scan. Fingers crossed for you

I went to the EPU yesterday and the doctor said I have some blood clots near the womb. I've had brown blood on the tissue when I wipe on and off, but just now had bright red blood again. They are scanning me on Monday morning as well. Fingers crossed for us both x I'm very very worried but trying to stay positive.

Good luck. I had pink spotting in my first trimester after picking up a D&V bug. The retching etc caused it and there was no lasting damage thankfully. Hopefully it will be something and nothing.
