Just checking in to the new thread - I too have just been watching but not posting as much. 36+6 today so home stretch for me and my little bean - not a bean anymore though my app says she is the size of a papaya!

The worry never goes away after the trauma of a mc but at third trimester LO is thoughtful enough to give a lot of reassuring wiggles and wriggles - I like to think she is saying: "Don't worry - I'm doing ok here mum"

I got kicked back a lot last night, little taps. I really had no idea how much movement I didn't feel with an anterior placenta.

Feeling rubbish this morning, back ache and tummy ache. I was feeling a bit more confident as I hadn't had any bleeding but now I'm worried again. I should be 6 weeks tomorrow. Has anyone else had pain this early on?

Place marking top. Grumpy with dh. He went out last night, was late back and very worse for wear. It had taken me two hours to settle dd as she had woken up during the night and is unwell. He then came in, lay in bed sighing, got up to be sick before sleeping downstairs for an hour and then bumbling his way back to bed. I've had very little sleep and I just want to murder him. Apparently he thinks that because he doesn't go out often it's not unreasonable. If he thinks I'm craning the downstairs toilet he can think again.

Hi ladies I checked in after my BFP 7 weeks ago. I have one DS (2) and lost my baby in January at 8 weeks.

I'm 11 weeks today, with my 12 week scan booked for Friday next week and I had had some light brown spotting this morning on my pants. I haven't told my DH, I've just left the house and gone to an appointment. If I don't say it out loud then it won't be real. Stupid I know. So my heart is in my mouth right now. I have a headache and not sure if it's my imagination or not but perhaps some mild tummy cramps, but I'm not sure.

Glad to have have 'spoken' to you all. I shall just sit and wait. X

Hi all, just checking in. Feeling down very down and grumpy, but feels like hormones, so I'm sure it'll passume. Crossing fingers for you Dancing. Long, yes I've had all manner of cramps throughout, but scans have confirmed all is going well. Hope the stop for you soon.

Place marking. Still here but not much to say really 23 weeks and ticking along fine at the moment. Baby moving a lot more now which eases my mind a lot and doing proper kicks DH can now feel.

So just getting ready for baby and got an obsession with buying clothes at the moment. Pram is now chosen and we kind of know what else we are going for but I'm holding off for some Black Friday/ January sales bargins hopefully!

Dancing, totally feel for you. It's all so stressful and you feel that you have to keep it all to yourself. I have the same trouble. I don't want to worry anyone so I haven't told anyone I'm pregnant either.
I feel so helpless. I just have to sit here and wait. I am having a particularly down day but I sometimes think that I can't do this any more. If it doesn't work this time I'm not sure I could do it again. Perhaps I should be happy that I have one healthy DS.

long I do understand exactly how you feel. I can't bear to think about what I will do if it doesn't work out this time. I wonder the same too, perhaps we should be happy with our wonderful DS and stop risking the pain of losing another baby. I feel like I can't breathe today, I'm almost holding my breath just waiting and waiting.

I'm 6 weeks today and experiencing aches in stomach and back somewhat
I've told a couple of people - still nervous after my MC in June, but have a good gut feeling about this one.
Scan at 8 weeks ...can't wait!

Morning ladies, stress and worry, are my friends also, I've had a billion cramps and back aches etc, I've even had to have paracetamol some times because of them, I put a lot of it down to my wobbly uterus lol
I think they are just a normal part of pregnancy, I think the uterus grows to something like over double the size during the first 12wks alone so I suppose we are bound to have pains with that.
Fingers crossed for you dirty, I'm sure it's probably nothing to worry about, so many of us girls here have had some spotting of some sort, I'm beginning to believe that spotting is actually more normal than not spotting!
Whatser you crack me up, my other half doesn't get to go out much because when he's let free he likes to make the absolute most of the nite and it has been known for him to not come home and still be round a friends drinking and what not till the next day! Needless to say that when he tries to call with the 'I was at such and so's and we lost track of the time' I'm like well tough shit, stay where u are, you clearly like it over there rofl.
I think the last time he did it was about 3 yrs ago and I threw him out for 6 weeks 😌 Needless to say that he hasn't got that desperate for a nite out in a long while, I really wouldn't mind him having a regular evening excursion, if only he didn't have to take it to the extreme!

Also have you started on your bag? I had a few trips to hospital with my first for varied reasons so now I try to have my hozzy bag ready from about 20weeks and then the babies from about 30.

We are trying to do a bit of spring cleaning today and I've only managed to do 1 of the 5 rooms, rofl it's funny how tired you get and how quickly you lose your desire to do anything where you have to do more than move your remote control arm 😂

MMC in May. Found out at 11 weeks that foetus had stopped growing at 7.5.

I'm now 8 weeks and not being totally successful at feeling positive about everything. Hopefully this thread will give me a bit of a kick in the right direction!

I'm 6.1 with my 3rd pregnancy, no kids yet, 2 MMC in the last year, 39 this month eek!

Had a total meltdown last week convinced that it had gone wrong again but managed to sort my head out and am feeling a little more positive at the mo. I don't have many symptoms which is one of my main worries & hoping for an early scan next week so I know what's going on either way.

My heart goes out to all of you struggling at the mo. It's bloody hard isn't it!!! Loving hearing about all the healthy wiggly babies on this thread too

Oh also badger I'm nearly 11wks and I've barely any symptoms, delicate boobies I would say but not sore, and not too many trips to the loo.
Not too much of an emotional wreck either, other than the normal worries and stresses we have about making it all the way xxxx

long I woke up at 2am this morning with the worst cramps, I was convinced the worst was happening. It's the 3rd night in a row that cramps have woken me up. I had mild cramps with my last pg but nothing like these. The first 2 nights were bearable but last night I honestly felt like I wouldn't be able to cope with them, they were that bad. Lasted about 20 minutes and then nothing again since?! And not the tiniest spot of blood so I guess that's a good thing.

4w+2 today and now past the point when af was due so that's a small relief. I feel like these are going to be the longest few weeks of my life until past my danger point.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys Have you had any scans yet Bec? I've had bouts of nausea, slightly bigger boobs & bit more sensitive, breathlessness & tiredness. These symptoms were stronger last week though..... it's a waiting game!

That sounds scary mojito! I've heard some women get cramps when their period would have been due.... hope you have a better night tonight x

moonlight thinking of you. Lots of posters are saying that spotting happened to them and it seems fairly usual, so fingers crossed for us. It's so hard to think of anything else though isn't it. Sorry you are in pain with the cramps x

Yep badge I have had 3 so far, 6+, 8+ & 10+, I'm now just crossing every inch of me that my baby manages to hold on to my nuchal and then to term.
my previous loss was 9+6 so I feel somewhat better to be past that but I'm still apprehensive, there's some stats about seeing heartbeats at certain weeks and then your chances of a positive continuing pregnancy

So they are pretty hopeful arnt they, definitely worth going through the rigmarole of the EPU so you can hopefully have those early scans and fingers crossed have some all positives on our side!

I should add tho that I've 5 children and and this is my 10th pregnancy so maybe my body is used to being pregnant lol my kids ages are 16,13,9,8,4 and my MC's have been inbetween the children and just before this baby.
I'm 34 and I've been with my husband since I was 16 lol
He calls me his jersey cow as apparently those are the ones they use for breeding 🙈🙈
oh and yes I do punch him when he says that lol
