Apologies in advance!

I'm getting a load of snot-like mucus (mostly after going for a no.2!) and it's making me panic a little. There was so much this afternoon! Worrying about it being my plug, though it does look nothing like what I had with DD - it really does look like I've done a massive sneeze into the loo roll! No offensive smell or anything.

I did mention this to my GP last week who did a quick exam and said my cervix looks fine.

Is this normal or should I go back to my GP? My MW is not answering her phone.

TIA, feeling v stressed!!

I posed something similar a couple of weeks ago! Im only 10 weeks but have had similar discharge and was reassured it's normal and even asked a friend IRL who said normal too. Don't panic! If it's bloody/brown and with cramps I'd ring midwife asap. Xx

I can't tell you it's normal but I certainly had it around wk20 for several weeks

Thank you both - finally got hold of mw who said it sounds fine. I will keep an eye out and probably get some swabs done regardless but I am so relieved! Flowers

I had it too all the way through from about 14 weeks. I think because I have ibs and constipation it makes it works. Both midwife and consultant said that it was very normal unless there was blood.
