Positive test 6 weeks after miscarriage

I had a miscarriage on 17th July and when I went for my check up scan all was clear. I didn't take any pregnancy tests to check my hgc levels had gone down. 6 weeks later I noticed (tmi) I was getting a lot of discharge and my boobs are hurting a lot. Just did a pregnancy test today 6 weeks later and it's positive.
I feel like I can't get excited because I'm worried about left over hormones causing a false positive. Also how do you ever enjoy pregnancy again after a miscarriage.
Only found out two hours ago and don't know what to do with myself!!

Hello i was 7 weeks pregnant when i miscarried on May 6. After a week my hormones were at zero and bleeding had stopped. On may 29th i took a pregnancy test and came out negative. On june 16th i took another test a got a positive. Can i actually be pregnant again. I didnt even get a regular period ???

I had my first pregnancy last november 2020, and had a miscarriage at 8 weeks. Jan 1, 2021 i've undergone d&c. My OB told me that i should expect my first period on first week of feb but i haven't had it until now. Feb 3, i took a pregnancy test and it was negative. But yesterday, feb 16, i took again and it came out positive. I havent experienced any pregnancy symptoms except mild lower abdominal cramps and lower backpain. I'm really confused right now and I would be very happy if i will know your experiences. Thank you

@rmtbby hi yea weird init. Have you been dtd? Heard one is very fertile after a mc. I mc a few weeks ago. My pregnancy strip day negative but ovulation strip have gone from bold to faint line. Coukd it be your system/hormones are getting back to normal. Maybe test again in a few days time
Why did it take so long for them to do d&g from when u mc?
My period hadnr come back yet but ttc
