Womb (uterine) Polyps + pregnancy

Anyone else been pregnant with a polyp? I hear a lot sadly mc but some can go full term. I found out I had the polyp just before I found out about this pregnancy.

I've got a couple and ive been told I'll be fine because of where they are. I think you need to get medical advice about your situation.
