Should I just assume it's negative?

I POAS incredibly early yesterday and got a positive but not within the 2 minutes....should I just assume it's negative?

I'd say there's a fair chance that's a positive. I'd get a FRER and try again!

Where did 2 minutes come from? The outside time limit is normally ten mins. The instructions may say read the result by two minutes but not outside of ten mins.

How quickly did it come up? Looks like a positive to me

I tested too early with DS2. Knew I was pg. Came up after ten mins.

That's exactly what mine looked like when I first did that exact test (I assume it's a sainsburys cheapy) and I'm now 8+3 weeks! If anything mine was feinter. Try again in a few days with a digital.
How long did you leave it? My positive on what test come up after about 3/4 minutes. I think.

Thanks everyone! As I said i tested really early, guessed when I ovulated and heard you can sometimes test positive as early as 13 dpo so thought id give it a go! This is my second pregnancy and just had a "feeling" if you know what I mean?

Emilyyy it's came up literally at the 10 min point! I'm a little surprised- we have only DTD once in the last month and it was 3 days after my period ended and naively didn't think it could happen! We are trying though- very lazily as you can probably tell by the once in a month :)

To be honest, compared to usual months I could count on one hand the times we DTD the month I got pregnant usually I need at least 2 hands to count.
I don't know when I ovulated I just know they are telling me I'm 8+3 weeks and I first tested feint positive 6+1 weeks so I don't know if that's early???
My advice is its probably positive but don't pin all your hopes on it (I know it's hard)and just test again on Thursday. Try first response tests they are good.

I'm still not convinced it's possible so expecting AF! But we shall see! I'm going to test again in a few days with a pink dye test xx

13DPO isn't that early. Looks positive to me.

Thanks Oysterbabe! Im completely guessing when I ovulated because I don't track it! My periods are pretty regular though so I have a rough idea, if I am pregnant i would have ovulated a little early! Xx

Just been reading if tests are left too long that they can show as positive :( not getting my hopes up now xx

Hie everyone. Js want some insight. My period was due this coming sunday but came 6 days earlier "monday"which is unusual for m. At 1st was very light flow and brown whole monday night then following day very dark blood very light flow and the next day too and it stopped.accompanied by light cramps and 2 days diarrhea. Today just a few dark red drops during the day. Just did a preg test and it came negative. Should i be worried or its just an irregular period? Thnx 4 assistance

So, my period is due around 21st/22nd of June- couldn't wait till Saturday (I swear I'm getting addicted to POAS) so this morning I took a superdrug early detection test and got a BFN :( think I'm out of the game this month xxx
