twinges in the lower abdomen

Hi ladies, I found out I am pregnant few days ago my period was due on the 25th. Today I have been feeling some twinges in the lower abdomen I know it is normal but I thought they only accur 6 to 12 days after ovulation and I have ovulated three weeks ago. Anyone experienced them ??

I'm 7wks and experiencing the same discomfort along with a lot of cramping. This is my 6th baby and never have felt so uncomfortable. It could just be implantation pains your experiencing. I'm hoping mine are stretching pains. Fx

Normal, you'll get period type pains for a few weeks.
