Week 10 here and am bored of feeling ill (whilst being grateful obvs)

I feel so ill all the time, I can't enjoy anything I don't feel depressed as such just unable to enjoy anything because my minds taken up with bleugh feelings.
I do like; my bed, texting, the internet, my job
(weirdly, as I'm a primary school teacher, somehow the children take my mind off how awful I feel) and water with lemons in.
Anyone else?
