Really swollen feet and ancles

I work 12 hour shifts and spend alot of time on my feet at work. I have recently gone back after 2 weeks holiday and after every shift my feet and ancles have swelled alot! I'm 31 weeks today!
Any tips or advice I have ages till mat leave feel like ill never make it!

breaks breaks breaks.
feet up as much as possible, possibly flight socks.
gp if the swelling doesn't go down after resting.

This just happened to me at 29 weeks. I was on my feet for about 4 days in a row and my ankles looked like my thighs.

I saw the midwife as I was a bit freaked out, and she said it is going around right now with the quick change in weather. Advice was to drink lots, put feet up when possible, and not to worry because it just happens to some women.

It is only time to worry if they don't go down after you've had them up, and if your face swells as well.
