I've been advised to stop taking pregnacare as I have increased iron levels. Does anyone know of any pregnancy vitamins which don't contain iron?

Thanks

Can't you just take folic acid, vitamin d etc separately?

BelliniButterfly · 15/04/2016 18:27

Yeah I suppose I could. I'm vegetarian though and have always taken a multivitamin as standard. I could always go back to that as long as there's no vitamin A but just assumed a pregnancy one would be better.

I am in the same situation. Healthy start vitamins are the answer. They contain A,C and D. Your midwife should have a stock.

Sorry ignore me! I mean C,D and folic acid NOT vit A!
