Forgetting I'm pregnant then regretting it afterwards

I'm still teaching dance and fitness at 34 + 3. Despite the fact I can't always walk comfortably around the house or get up from the floor, when I'm teaching I have to remind myself I'm preggers because I end up flinging (using the term loosley because I've got a fair sized bump) myself around the floor because I'm in the moment. Just finished two hours and I didn't even do that much but I did enough that it hurts to move and I feel like I've been punched in the fanny Blush.

Baby is also kicking like a gazelle just to emphasise the fact he's still in there. Heading for a bath and going to try and persuade OH to give me a massage Sad

My one hope is that all this jigging gets baby on the move faster than the first!!

If your body is telling you to slow down then listen to it. If you feel ok, then keep going.

Thanks - I'm trying to slow down. But weirdly I feel better when I'm moving about, until I stop and sit down. Ouuscch! Must be the adrenaline and those happy hormones from exercise!
