Cough and Sore throat - 10 weeks

Please help. Anyone know what I can take? Recommend any remedies. My cough is really getting on my nerves to the point where it makes me throw up. As if having morning sickness wasn't bad enough. Thank you xx

Chop up some raw garlic cloves and swallow with water, this always helps me recover quicker. Jakemans traditional cough candy sweets are great for a cough and are suitable for pregnancy. Hot water and lemon helps break stuff down (gross I know).
