Still no movements at 20 weeks? 3rd baby?

No movements what so ever.

I can get the hard area where she lies, and then it disappears but I can't feel her moving. 3rd baby and I'm sure I had movements from 14 weeks with my second.

Could she just be a relaxed lazy baby lol.

I know she's in there, I have a Doppler and find her easily.

I just want some nice strong movements 😩

I really wouldn't trust a Doppler by myself Sad as I wouldn't be able to differentiate between the different sounds going on inside.
I was also told by one of the midwives that it's not a good idea to use a Doppler.

Do you have your 20 weeks appointment coming up?
Will you be able to call your midwife and have a chat with them to take advice?

I have my scan next week, when I had a scan at 16 weeks my placenta seemed a lot bigger than normal. I'm going to ring midwife x

Probably a ninja baby who'll sneak up on you once she starts walking...

My second baby was like that. First and third were jumping jacks - middley was very quiet.

I think I'd worry if the pattern changed, but, not so much if she's never been a wriggler. agree with Panther - get a MW to reassure you.

and, try poking her butt with your elbow

I think she's going to be smaller than my other two aswell, mine first two were 9lb plus. Would she be smaller now if she was going to be smaller than them lol

Could she be in a position that you can't feel movement? I gave no idea, but seems plausible.

Good luck with your upcoming scan and let us know how you get on with the midwife, am sure baby is just building up to the movements.

I have only got one baby but during pregnancy I was told that at this stage babies are very small and can hide easily. However, being your third pregnancy, I would just be on the safe side and call the midwife etc. it will all be okay Flowers

My middley was like this. Didn't feel regular movement until about 26 weeks. Having had an early wriggler before, it was quite disconcerting, but my mw was fabulous and heard baby's heartbeat a few more times than "normal." Baby's position and my scarring meant I couldn't feel anything, even though there was movement and a healthy baby.

My current baby - pg no4 was very quiet until after 20 weeks. I felt bubbles rather than kicks for a long time, VERY unlike my other 3. Turned out that I have an anterior placenta and that she was probably kicking lumps out of me like the others but I couldn't feel it until she was much bigger.
