Possible Prolapse - 14 weeks pregnant - need reassurance

I am 14 weeks pregnant with 2nd baby.

I think I have a vaginal prolapse based on feeling a protrusion when wiping myself, having a look in a mirror and looking at google images!

I called 111 and they advised me to call my GP tomorrow. I have had a previous miscarriage so I am terrified that this puts the pregnancy at risk.

Can anyone reassure me that it will be ok?

I am 14 weeks pregnant, its my first pregnancy I had a scan n was told I have a low lying placenta, am very much worried the doc didn't explain much to me, am 23 yrs old.
