am i or arent i???tested with an ebay test

hi everyone!!

i had a mc in april and again in october last year(2006-seems funny to be calling it last year!!).weve been ttc again and i tested on sunday (af not due until tomorrow) and got a faint pink line on an ebay test.

now,im not sure how accurate the ebay tests are,they say you can test early with them,but im still not convinced!

i dont feel right im myself,feel abit odd (like theres something not right but cant put my finger on it!!cant describe it any other way!)my boobs have been hurting aswell!

i dont want to get my hopes up,but i was just wondering if anyone has felt this odd!!and i know af isnt due until tomorrow,but should i believe ebay test?

oh and as for my friend,we fell out over her comments in august time i think it was after she said my mc in april was my own fault.when i was pg with dd3(my number 5) she was twins and i lost one at 12 weeks,my friend also said that was my own fault.

i know now taht she had pnd,but she just cant be happy for me.she said because she had her ds by ivf,that she appreciates him and her dd(who is about 9),and that i dont appreciate my kids at all!i was so upset,my dd3 has cf,so that was so heartbreaking finding our,and then all teh health worries shes had.

dh says to not stay in contact with my friend but ive known her since primary school,and i cant just ignore that.i always put her comments to the back of my mind and just think she ahs some emotional probs she needs to deal with before commenting on my life!

I tested negative the day my AF was due with some ebay tests, the negative is currently pulling herself up against me as I type!

AF was due on the Friday but I had that feeling so tested Friday - negative, Saturday - negative, Monday v faint line like you describe so went and bought a clearblue digital - BFP

I have a friend very similar to yours. I have known her for many, many years but she can be incredibly tactless and insensitive. When she found out I'd miscarried in June she just mumbled 'oh well' and carried on talking about a man she had met the night before. She can be very dismissive of anything I perceive to be a problem but overly-dramatic when she perceives a problem in her life. It think different life experiences and a large amount of pettiness and jealousy play a part but she is a very old friend and can sometimes be very wonderful.

You sound like you have done a wonderful job with your veritable brood and I am positive that they are lucky to have you as a Mum. Same goes for this little new one you're cooking. And miscarriages, the loss of a twin and a dd with cf are all enormous and overwhelming things to deal with- yet you always come across as a very calm person (something I fail miserably at atm, but I'm blaming hormones!).

and me calm!!!erm....i try to be calm,but end up chewing nails and getting stressed over everything!!!

imdreaming..ive decided to go to the chemist in the morning.(might not do the test then though!!nail biting stuff!!)

I did two tests that my DH and I bought in Thailand. Both came up with a faint positive, but we didn't trust them. I went and got a Clear Blue, did it the next day and it was more positive than I could believe! Am now nearly 12 weeks and would say if a line is there, no matter how faint, then you is up the duff missus!! Congratulations.

ive just tested with a clearblue test,and its...negative.

im abit upset,but i wont give up yet.still havent got af,and started feeling queasy,but probably just coming down with something!

never mind,will have to just keep trying!!
