Worried about blood test result

Had a blood test done due to the DR thinking I have anaemia. Rang to get the results, apparently the iron levels are fine but the liver function and full blood count are not. Made an appointment for later today. Am over 20 weeks, but freaking out majorly now. Any advice?

sorry no advice but I posted about worrying about results yesterday too. I had tests for kidney function then when them results come back got sent for a full blood count....twice! turns out the doctor who checked my results hadn't noticed on my file that im 27 weeks pregnant and was getting me in to tell me this!
