Start of SPD or UTI?

Had a dull ache in my lower abdomen today along with a back ache which goes into my righ hip and has become quite painful. I'm hoping it's not the start of SPD as had that with DC1. I'm only 12ish weeks (scan tomorrow) so hoping it's not as not sure I could cope with it for 28weeks. Never had a UTI in pregnancy but symptoms are similar?

I had the same symptoms constant cramping and back ache turned out to be a uti but I drank 2 litres of water and felt much better
Try drinking plenty of water stay awake from fizzy drinks or caffiene xx
