Is reflexology safe in early pregnancy?

I have just had my pregnancy confirmed by blood test yesterday, I'm just 4w 1d. I would like to have some reflexology and wanted to check if it is ok to do this at this stage?
Does anyone else do this? Thank you.

Yes it is but choose a therapist who has done additional training in maternity reflexology. I'm a qualified reflexologist but my course didn't cover early pregnancy so I only treat women from 2nd trimester onwards.

It's a lovely treatment though. Congratulations!
