Pregnant: 43 yo and can't tell

Hello

I'm 43 years old and pregnant. The circumstances are highly unusual as they involve mutual masturbation. Which means he never penetrated me. Ever. I rubbed my hand w his semen while he was cumming on my face. Odd I know. He and I have never had intercourse. I have not had intercourse in two years.

Here's the problem: I'm 43, I can financially and emotionally care for a child. I've always wanted a child but it hasn't been a primary focus of my life.

He does not want a child. He has a very public job where a child out of wedlock would cause a lot of angst.

I don't want to cause him angst.

I also do not want an abortion. I had one over 20 years ago and I've regretted it since.

How do I tell him? Or should I? He will explode upon the news.

I want to keep this baby. Help!

That's an incredible way to fall pregnant. I didn't think sorry could survive outside of a body environment at all.
Seems like a miracle baby you have in there.
How far along are you?

juneau · 29/01/2016 10:47

He came on your face and you're pregnant?

I'm sorry, but I have no idea how you got pregnant. Are you sure?

FrozenPonds · 29/01/2016 10:50

Keep the baby if you want.

He's not a priest is he? Grin

juneau · 29/01/2016 11:02

No, but I think the OP might be the Virgin Mary, as this is clearly an immaculate conception!

Goingtobeawesome · 29/01/2016 11:06

Seems a blow job was being received then the Op masturbated herself with wet fingers.

"He has a very public job where a child out of wedlock would cause a lot of angst."

Is he married to someone else? If not, what's the big deal?

3sugarsplease · 29/01/2016 11:11

I'm with frozen is he a preist?

madwomanacrosstheroad · 29/01/2016 11:24

If you want to keep the baby keep the baby. If you think telling him would make things difficult and stressful for you and you are certain you can do it on your own, don't tell him or tell him once baby is there or once it is too late for a termination. You will have to tell the child at some time but that is years into the future.

madwomanacrosstheroad · 29/01/2016 11:29

If he really is a priest he is not the first and won't be the last to have a child. It's not the end of the world.

Abbinob · 29/01/2016 11:35

Oh God, this is what teenage nightmares are made of!
Anyways, you say you've always wanted a child so congrats Smile
If you keep the baby you need to tell him, if you're worried about his reaction or that he may pressure you to terminate (unless that's what you decide you want) just say, I'm pregnant this is what I've decided to do insert whatever you're going to do you don't need to raise the child with me but its you're child. Then just leave it up to him what he does. He might be happy, he might not but that's his problem.
You do have to tell him at some point though, for the babies sake in the future.

So the nuns WERE right!

Abbinob · 29/01/2016 11:38

Just remember when you're worried about causing him angst, you didn't make this baby by yourself so its not just your situation, its his too

LastOneDancing · 29/01/2016 11:39

You would like a child, you can support a child, I assume you have done a test (have you?) and you are pregnant. So that parts simple enough - keep your baby.

As for the father, yes I think he should be told but it's up to the both of you how you handle it. In an ideal world he'll take his share of responsibility without a fuss and have a relationship with his child, but in reality, be prepared to be told its your fault go it alone.
It will show you the true measure of this mystery man...

He's not the MP for Rochdale by any chance- sounds like something he'd be into!
