I am 17+3 with MCDA twins and my poor foof feels like it has been kicked. I cant cross my legs and I am walking funny to not try and aggravate it.

Is this normal?
What could this be - ligaments stretching?

Sounds familiar unfortunately. Google pelvic girdle pain and check if that sounds like your symptoms. It gets worse through the pregnancy. I'm on dc3 and it's not pleasant. Though to be fair, I'm coping much better this time round than with the first 2.

If you reckon it is that then speak to your midwife about some physio and a support band.

I second pelvic girdle pain. I feel like someone's whacked me down their and it feels bruised. As pp said tell your midwife. Feel for you as its a terrible pain.

This sounds a lot like the pelvic girdle I've had since about 20 weeks. It's pretty miserable but on the plus side, it almost always goes away very soon after birth.

I was just coming on the boards in the hope that somebody else was having this. I'm 30 weeks and I feel like I fell onto a bike bar :(

I hate to say but first time round it disappeared pretty much straight away. 2nd time round I suffered pain down there every time I had my period. Hoping it goes this time!
