Blood in uterus 7 weeks pregnant

Hello. So I have had some pink spotting. Went to EPAS and got an ultrasound. Heartbeat was found, sacred and everything looked good. Lady said she could see the blood on ultrasound. She described it as like a scab that has been irritated and is bleeding. I didn't think to ask what it would mean for baby or what to do now.
Anyone had anything similar?

I had something that sounds a bit like this at 9 week scan, it had gone by 12 week scan, they weren't worried at all about it but of course I worried about it a bit, to put your mind at rest definitely give them a call and ask about it

I had some worrying early bleeding, and at a scan at 8w they found a perigestational sac bleed, i was just told to take it a bit easy, no sex until 12w etc...like April there was no sign of it by 12w and I've had no more bleeding since 8w...now 31w with a little wriggler :)
