Swollen foot and numb hands.

Hi everyone,
Just looking for some advice, I'm 38+4 weeks and the past few days I've noticed that my right foot has been more swollen than my left. I've also noticed that at night time I get woken up by my hands being numb but painful! Was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this, and what they had to do?

I recommend calling your midwife given symptoms have only just appeared in the past few days and your late stage of pregnancy. They are possible symptoms of pre-eclampsia so better to get a professional to advise you rather than us lot on a message board.
