Sharp pain - top of bump

Hi I'm 19 weeks pregnant today and about half an hour after dinner got a really sharp pain along the top of my bump kind of under my ribs. It probably lasted about a minute. Has anyone experienced this? What could it be?

Like an ache? Or a stabbing pain?

It was more along the lines of a stabbing pain but for about a minute or so and then just went.

I've had aches, related to my posture. Could have been baby in a bad position. If it's a one off I wouldn't worry - could easily have been gas!

I'm hoping its indigestion as it was so soon after dinner and also (apologies if TMI) I have a touch of constipation although I've never had that cause pain so high up.

Baby is pushing your stomach and intestines up higher as it grows, so very likely you'll get weird pains in strange places!
