period like cramps...

I'm currently 30 weeks and been having period like pains with lower back pain on and off the whole day. had a bath and lay on my left side and still keep getting them. I'm not sure what it could be. the little one is still moving a lot.

I get them the Dr said its muscular-skeletal pain and the weight of growing tummy stretching muscles. I found mine quite painful. Fine you MAU if your worried or want reassurance but I think it's quite common to start at 28+ weeks

I thought it might be stretching pains. if I'm still getting them tomorrow I'll call them up. Didn't think I'd feel these cramps for a long time haha

Probably just stretching pains, but call your midwife if any concerns.
