Hi everyone this is my second pregnancy as I gave birth 14 weeks ago and now I'm 7 weeks pregnant but I have no morning sickness or tender breasts and other symptoms like I did in my last pregnancy, alls I'm getting is the need to wee more and backache and the slight cramp now and again has anyone else had hardly any symptoms but baby was ok? Just worried as I've had a mc before
