9 weeks heavy bleeding no pain

hi everyone im 27 and have two beautiful daughters i had a mc in april this year and im now so scared its going to happen again i never had bleeding or any problems with my girls exept my second daughter was born by c-section. it all started with bleeding then contractions when i lost my baby at 13 weeks earlier this year, im now nine weeks and this time it was just light and only when i wiped but yesterday i was like a tap dark red blood everywhere but no pain and im still bleeding now, the thing is i only went for a scan five days ago because of the light bleeding and they said the baby was ok but i have a bulky antreverted uterus .... if anyone can shed some light it would be greatly appreciated im worried out of my mind

I had heavy bleeding with my first pregnancy weeks 5-9, each time it would be a sudden heavy gush of red blood then gradually would taper off to brown. Each time I was scanned they found a heartbeat, I was told it was a subchronionic haematoma (bleeding where the placenta attaches to the uterus wall). Pregnancy was fine after that. Hope you get some good news and rest up. Sorry for your mc. I had one too in April and it was horrible. X
