I'm generally very laid back with food and am sensible about what to eat and what not to eat, but I need a bit of help with this one! This dessert is made out of fresh eggs (the ingredients say). It doesn't say pasteurised eggs. Does that mean I should stay clear of it? Thanks.

Eat away. Has to be pastuerised/ salmonella free eggs to be mas produced like that. Plus it's cooked!

The NHS has a good page on what you can't eat in pregnancy.
I'm assuming it's cooked? Unless they are raw eggs that haven't been lion stamped (if you are in the UK they will be) it's fine.

It's cooked (but yes, the eggs would be pasteurised )

Thank you. :-) I'll have one tonight!
